Fukuta is dedicated to providing high-quality motor components and consistently stable services. To achieve this, we have multiple inspection processes from IQC/IPQC/OQC to ensure the quality of every product. Our inspection equipment includes 2D (OMM)and 3D (CMM) measurement machines, as well as microscopes for cleanliness testing and Zoom-Stereomicroscope. This ensures our products meet the highest standards while satisfying the diverse needs and expectations of our customers.

Fukuta provides automated rotor lines and stacking equipment, including pressing machines, to help customers achieve efficient rotor production. Our equipment combines high efficiency and reliability, offering stable production solutions. Whether facing small-batch production or large-scale manufacturing, we can provide you with professional support and services to ensure smooth mass production of customer products.

Silicon steel sheets (Lamination) are stacked in thin layers to reduce iron loss and avoid impacting motor efficiency, ultimately being used as stators and rotors in motors. The silicon steel sheets (Lamination) need to be stacked to the required stack height and fixed in place to function properly.

Fukuta is equipped with automated stator laser welding lines and three different types of stacking equipment, including TIG welding machine, laser welding machines, and high frequency welding machine. Additionally, Fukuta has AOI, laser inspection machines, and laser distance measurement devices.

FUKUTA boasts a temperature and humidity-controlled as the air-conditioned stamping plant which spans about 19,800 square meters. It is equipped with 11 stamping presses (YAMADA Dobby and Fair Oaks), the monthly capability up to 3,000 ton. The lamination production capability from 0.2 to 0.65 mm thickness, with a dedicated production line for automotive applications that can customize lamination with various sizes according to customer requirements.

To extend the lifespan of toolings, it is essential to perform regular maintenance. Additionally, if the tooling is damaged due to collisions or other reasons during the production process, timely repairs are necessary to ensure smooth production. Fukuta has two grinding machines in the factory, providing precise and flexible processing control with strong stability and reliability. In addition, we have CMM inspection equipment for tooling inspection.
