Tooling Maintenance
To extend the lifespan of toolings, it is essential to perform regular maintenance. Additionally, if the tooling is damaged due to collisions or other reasons during the production process, timely repairs are necessary to ensure smooth production. Fukuta has two grinding machines in the factory, providing precise and flexible processing control with strong stability and reliability. In addition, we have CMM inspection equipment for tooling inspection.
