Silicon steel sheets (Lamination) are stacked in thin layers to reduce iron loss and avoid impacting motor efficiency, ultimately being used as stators and rotors in motors. The silicon steel sheets (Lamination) need to be stacked to the required stack height and fixed in place to function properly.
Fukuta is equipped with automated stator laser welding lines and three different types of stacking equipment, including TIG welding machine, laser welding machines, and high frequency welding machine. Additionally, Fukuta has AOI, laser inspection machines, and laser distance measurement devices.
